Diễm Nails

A public site and the system that runs a nail salon in District 4

The shop opens at nine in the morning and closes at half past nine at night, every day. Bookings used to live in a paper diary and the day's takings were added up by hand. Now customers book online, the front desk works from one screen, and the owner sees the numbers without asking anyone.

Why the shop needed its own software

Off-the-shelf salon software is written for hair or spa work, and it fits a nail shop badly: no notion of a set half-finished and rebooked, no commission split per service per technician, and nobody willing to change it to match how one small shop actually works. So the shop got its own.
