A US nail salon, booking straight into Square
The salon in Gaithersburg, Maryland already ran everything on Square: bookings, payments, customer records. What it lacked was a website that looked worth the prices — and online bookings had to land in the same Square calendar the technicians already watch, with nobody re-typing them.

People choose a nail salon from photos on their phone before they call, so the site borrows from fashion magazines: a serif display face (Suranna) against a light sans (Montserrat), a single gold on warm ivory, large rounded photos and generous white space. Gold is reserved for emphasis and the booking button, so the eye always knows where to tap.

Customers pick a service, a technician and a free slot; availability is asked of Square and the booking is created in Square.
Six categories, each item with price, duration and notes; edit in the back office and push to Square, or pull from Square.
Reviews are pulled from Google Maps and the owner picks which ones show; a QR code asks customers for a new one.
Facebook messages, Instagram comments and the salon's photo feed in one place in the back office.
A rich-text editor with images; each post targets a search around Gaithersburg, Olney and Rockville.
Drag to reorder technicians on the booking page; opening hours edited on the site update Square too.
